Help with Pull up Bands

Hello Cathletes,

I'm looking for pull up bands and I have looked on Amazon. There are bands on there ranging from as little as five dollars to well over a hundred. I know you get what you pay for but I'm confused and wondering what you all use. Thank you for any info on this:):)

I have wonky elbows (pertaining to unfortunate flying instances off my bike) and because STS is loaded with chin-up/pull-ups I ended up getting this product off Amazon. I'm a bit leery of bands, but this design gives me a feeling it won't snap me in the face if it fails. Been using it for quite a while now (3 years) and its very effective. I have read many times you aren't supposed to rely on this method, but I don't care. It works for me. I think the pro is worth the extra money.

Got one last year so the next time I do P90X I can do without the chair, and I use the push up assist! Highly recommend.

Thanks Justine, hope it comes with a poster or pamphlet showing exercises Lol

Hi Roz, what are Palloff presses and how do you do the good mornings with the band?
I'm quite excited about the band now Lol thought I'd only have it for pull ups:)

Brigitte:)

Hi Brigitte,
Pallof (OK, I guess it's just one 'f' -- my mistake) Presses:

And resistance band good mornings (I have been doing these as part of my program recently, but I think I'm going to start using them as a deadlift warmup, because they activate the glutes nicely and really give me that deadlift lever feeling):
