Help with planning a rotation -- does this look alright...

Hi everyone,

I've been trying to plan a rotation that focuses on losing some fat, while also keeping muscle. I've never planned my own rotation before, so I'd greatly appreciate it if anyone has any suggestions or comments about how this looks!!!

I've based it around Cathe's Jan. 2007 "Burning It Off" rotation, but made a few tweaks here and there. Day 5 is also my rest day because I want to start the rotation this Friday, and Tuesdays are my long days at work.

During the pre-sale for the new series, I ordered the Gym Style series, but haven't had a chance to use them yet, so I'd really like to incorporate them into a rotation.

If you have any advice or comments, I'd love to hear them!! Thanks in advance!!

this looks really good. your getting some serious leg workouts between the lifting, imax's, and kickbox. if you find that your legs are feeling heavy and tired you may want to switch out one of those cardios (kickmax, imax, or low max with just a steady state workout that is less leg demanding. as far as the bootcamp in week 4. your not a ton of chest and tri's in BC so i wouldn't worry about doing the GS series the day after. Your going to love the GS series. Its one of my favorites. Good luck.

Thanks so much for getting back to me! I really appreciate it!!

I have a problem with bulky thighs, so do you think that switching to more steady state cardio (instead of doing so much leg-intensive cardio_ will help me slim them down?

Thanks!!

sorry, i just now saw your reply. i don't think the higher intensity cardio will bulk your thighs. if anything it may help slim them. if you are feeling rundown though feel free to switch one of those high intensity cardios for a lower steady state one.

Thanks so much for your reply! I worry about my thighs bulking up even more, so it's good to know that this should slim them down a bit.

Thanks!
Leanne
