Help with first Cathe rotation

Hello Cathe,
I'm fairly new to your workouts. I've been doing the Firm tapes since August last year. Since December 2003 I started building my Cathe collection. I now have several of your DVD's / tapes and I would like help from Cathe or any members that can assist me in a rotation. Currently I workout 4 days a week. I'm new to exercise and I consider myself intermediate level. Right now I lift weights twice a week and do cardio 4 days a week. Two days out the week I'll do a cardio workout and a strength workout. This way I get 6 workouts done within a week. I weigh 180lbs at 5'6". My goal is to get down to 155lbs. or as close to Serena Williams body as possible. Let me add that strength training is very important to me. If I need to increase my strength workouts per week please let me know. The tapes I currently have are:

Get in Shape for your Wedding
Step and Intervals
Muscle Endurance
PUB / PLB
Step Blast / Step Jump and Pump
Interval Max
IMAX2 / Cardio & Weights

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

The spiritual journey is one of continually falling on your face, getting up, brushing yourself off, looking sheepishly at God, and taking another step."

This keeps your basic rotation intact:

Week 1: (4 cardios, 2 upper, 1 lower body)
IMAX intervals 1-5 plus PUB
Step Blast
IMAX intervals 6-10 plus PLB
Cardio and Weights

Week 2 (4 cardios, 1 upper, 2 lower body)
IMAX 2 intervals 1-5 plus ME lower body
Step Jump and Pump-cardio only
IMAX 2 intervals 6-10 plus ME upper body
Step Intervals plus ME lower body

If you need a bit lighter day, substitute half of the wedding video. Otherwise, try to move things up a notch in intensity-wedding is pretty beginner level work. Two interval workouts a week will really burn the fat, but if its too intense, modify one of them down to a regular step workout in intensity.

Thak you so much Beth. I love the rotation you set up for me. It was so similar to what I was thinking about doing. I'll definitely let you know my results. Sunday will be my first day in my rotation. I have 15lbs to drop by June 26th and 30 total by the end of summer. I think I can do it. I think I'll add another cardio day to this rotation. I'm tired of being a punk about Cathe workouts.

Thanks again for helping me on my quest to get fit.

No problem! Just be careful not to overtrain. If you feel yourself getting too tired, take an extra rest day and don't sweat it.

You're right Beth. I did Cardio & Weights for the first time yesterday and I loved it! Today I was goanna do IMAX2 (the first 5 intervals premix) but I was too drained from Cardio & Weights yesterday. That workout is 60 minutes long but it took me 80 minutes to complete it. LOL!!! If I feel up to it I'll add extra day. Other than that the rotation you set up for me starts tomorrow. I don't want to get too overwhelmed.
Thanks again
