Help with Cathe Beginner Rotation

What is the best way to do Cathe Beginner Rotation three month starter workout plan Monday thru Friday? And take Saturday & Sunday off. Thank You Heather2003
 
Combine the easier days' workouts with adjoining days

I just started the beginner program.

For Weeks 1-3, skip the Tuesday rest day and do the the Thursday stretch workout the same day as Wed. or Friday's workout, perhaps at a different time of day, or right afterwards.

For Weeks 4-6, do the Sunday stretch routine on Saturday, and also combine another day's routine, such as Tues. lower body or Fri. walk and stretching.

For Weeks 7-9, skip the Saturday off day and combine Thursday abdominal and stretch routines with an adjoining day.

For Weeks 10-12, skip the Sunday off day and do the Saturday stretch routine on Friday.
