Hello all,
I'm in the middle of the Nov. 2007 strength rotation which incorporates S&H for 2 weeks and GS for 2 weeks. I had previously been doing 4DS mixed with GS and have gotten really nice results so far. My goal with weights is to shed fat while sculpting lean muscles (isn't that always the goal?!!) Since I rely so heavily on my friends here in Cathe-land, can anyone recommend a rotation which I can incorporate next? I've got cardio covered (thanks to Ms. Cathe!) but I want to keep on pumpin the muscles! Thanks!!
