Help requested w/ rotations...

Hi,
I have no idea how to set up a rotation and I hope some of
you can help. These are the workouts I have. Any help is truly appreciated. I am interested in fat loss mainly with toning.

Week 1

Mon: PS LEGS
Tues: Cardio Kicks
Wed: PS CST
Thurs:power Max
Fri: PS BBA
Sat: Circuit Max with light wts.

Week 2

Mon: MIS
Tues: Power Max
Wed: Cardio Kicks
Thurs:MIS
Fri: Any cardio
Sat: Circuit Max

Alternate these 2 weeks. Good luck and have fun.
