HELP! Protein Pancakes

Yes, I've done a search, but it's not any of the recipes that I found. I seem to recall it was egg whites, oatmeal, scoop of protein powder, cinnamon or something along those lines, but I can't remember the ratios.

Can anyone help me out?

My recipe is:

6 egg whites
1 c oatmeal
1 tsp vanilla

You can also add 1 scoop of protein powder. I have even omitted the vanilla and added some cumin and cayene pepper then melted a piece of FF cheese on top and put some salsa on the very top......yummmmmmm! :9
 
Here is the recipe I use and they are wonderful !!

Oatmeal Pancakes

1 cup quick oats (uncooked)
1 cup egg whites (I use "All Whites" which comes in a carton)
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1-2 packets Splenda
Cinammon to taste

Stir well, and make 'em just like regular pancakes!

They are soooooooooooooo good! I have figured out as well, that one entire recipe has 8 grams of fiber, 8.5 grams of fat, and a whopping 52 grams of protein! Not that you'd probably eat the whole recipe, but you can get an idea of what you're taking in at least."

Oatmeal Pancake

1/2c oatmeal
1/4c low fat cottage cheese (or tofu)
4 egg whtes
1 ts vanilla extract
1/4 ts cinnamon
1/4 ts nutmeg

Blend ingredients till smooth

Spray nonstick skillet with cooking spray add batter and blend on both sides.

Know I eyeball this to about 2 egg whites, two tablespoons of cottage cheese, 1/4 c oatmeal, dash of cinnamon, dash of nutmeg, splash of vanilla.

These are an awsome way of getting that extra protein with the cottage cheese which you can't taste at all.

Thanks everyone. These all look great but they're not the one I'm looking for. Oh well, I guess I'll have to make it up as I go along:p
 
This is the one I have:

1c whole wheat pancake mix
2 heaping scoops of vanilla whey protein powder
1 1/2c ff milk
2 eggs
2 tsp olive oil or flax oil (I use Enova oil)
1/2c bluberries

I'm following Body For Life. I must eat Protein Pancakes alot during the week. My receipe is just like the others;

1 Serving

1/2C F/F Cottage Cheese
1/2C Oatmeal
3 Egg Whites
Dash of Cinnamon
1/2tsp Vanilla

YUM - Just make sure you cook on low heat. Cooking to fast, the middle will be a little soggy ...

I top w/ some slice strawberries & S/F Syrup.
One of my favorites for breakfast besides French Toast (w/w Bread).

Here is one I like to make, I got it from Oxygen magazine I believe.

1/3 c oatmeal
5 egg whites
1/2 mashed banana

Mix it all together.
