I ordered three of Cathes dvds. One of them does not play smoothly. There is stop and start through the whole ab section, both in the video and the vocals. This one was not locked into place it's dvd case, which is probably why it doesn't play smoothly. I am thinking it was scratched or something like that. Everything else is fine, ( I have one more dvd to preview).
I can't find a return shipping label. There is an 800 number on the invoice, but that is a restaurant.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
