I'm a mom of two and need some motivation. I currently love the squeeze DVD's with cardio coach but need some more varitey...I get bored quick.

Can you tell me some good options for some fun cardio.

I was thinking Turbo Jams (if so which ones)\
Tae bo's (same thing which ones)

CLX????

P90x (my husband has but 1 hour a day for 6 days is kinda hard seems like my time is limited.

My goal at this poinst is to loose some inches and tone:eek:) I would like to see the scale go down about 10lbs.

Not sure how to tell if I'm a pera or what I'am...lol

Any advice or can u tell me what has worked for you:eek:)))

Hi Tammy! If you want fun cardio, there are a ton of options! I always recommend Cathe of course- do you do step? If so she has some great ones-Low Max, IMAX 2 (which comes with Cardio & Weights) and Step Blast (which comes with Step, Jump & Pump) are some good ones. Or if you don't like step, she has great kickboxing DVDs- Kick Max, Kick, Punch & Crunch (which comes with Legs & Glutes) and Cardio Kicks (which comes with Circuit Max). I like the premixes when I'm short on time so you don't have to do the entire workouts if you want to only spend 45 minutes or so.

If you want weights and cardio together, try the Four Day Split- it is a little expensive but worth every penny. It has four 30 minute cardios- Low Impact Step, High Impact Step, Kickboxing and Bootcamp. Each is followed by a great weight segment. Plus, this series has a TON of premixes so the options are really endless. Cross Train Express is another cardio / weight program- it is older but still a great purchase and is similar to four day split in the way it is set up (cardio then some weights). Both programs also include great ab work.

Hope that helps!

If you're into weight training, 4DS is a great buy. I love the cardio variety.

Alternating weights and cardio has worked for me.

If you want to try some new cardio, I recommend jump roping with Michael Olajide. You can preview his videos and they are on sale at totalfitnessdvds.com.

Tammy, I love kick boxing because it pumps your heart and works your core big time (and I hate working core!!). So in addition to the great suggestions here, and because I am a bit spastic when it comes to step DVDs, I vote for (1) Kick, Punch, Crunch by Cathe and (2) Turbo Jam. KPC is great becuase you can do the first 32 minutes of straight cardio or the three combo routines after and the best ab workout i think Cathe has. Depending on my day, I may do just the first 32 then the abs, or 32 minutes then a combo.

The Turbo Jams vary in length. Especially like kickin' core - 30 minutes turbo jam kick boxing, 20 minutes or so core that even I can do without griping. Beachbody is having some sales on Turbo stuff now so check it out.

Good luck!

Julie
