A little about me.
I'm a mom of two and need some motivation. I currently love the squeeze DVD's with cardio coach but need some more varitey...I get bored quick.
Can you tell me some good options for some fun cardio.
I was thinking Turbo Jams (if so which ones)\
Tae bo's (same thing which ones)
CLX????
P90x (my husband has but 1 hour a day for 6 days is kinda hard seems like my time is limited.
My goal at this poinst is to loose some inches and tone) I would like to see the scale go down about 10lbs.
Not sure how to tell if I'm a pera or what I'am...lol
Any advice or can u tell me what has worked for you)))
