HELP PICKING OUT A TAPE

I haven't had a Cathe tape in quite a few years. I rather do weights than cardio. Can anyone recommend a good total body workout and something to alternate with?

I think that the three workout Pure Strength series is really accessible. You can start with light weights and build up. My husband has started doing this series with me. He loves it too.

If you want just one tape I LOVE Power Hour. The dvd includes Body Max and MIS. You can't go wrong with that! A built in strength rotation...just add cardio!
 
If you have a DVD player, I suggest the Power Hour+ DVD because you get 2 total body workouts (PH and MIS) and then Body Max. I also think that the new workout Muscle Endurance will be great. If you're looking for strength, then the Pure Strength series is fabulous. I see great results everytime I do this series. And if you weight train a lot and are looking for something new, then Slow & Heavy might be just for you. It is perfect for busting through a plateau. Have fun!
