HELP!!!:p

Hi cathe or any experienced ladies, I am new to cathe, i been watching her on tv and doing those workouts, I have taped all the ones she does on tv, I really need a certain rotations tho. I have a knee that has slight fluid on it and i am taking herbs for inflamation. my doc has me doing certain types on little exercises to stregthen my quad, I workout on my own and have for yrs. I am finding myself to get bored tho. I need a routine that gives me stregth training, definaition, wt. loss and flexability. so somehow i need to get my wt. training and cardio " which i hate to do " my abs and stretching in there. but i am clueless on which ones to do. can someone help me???? maybe give me a 6 week rotation....thanks brenda btw i am 39, and post menopausal.

welcome to catheland:)
i am not good at putting together rotations. however if you check the rotations area there are tons of great rotations. written by cathe and other ladies with expertise.

thank you sunny delight, for the welcome :) I have looked at the rotations, but i seem to still be confused. i only know cathes workouts i have seen on tv, i don't know what some of the others are. if someone has a rotation for the workouts on tv, i would love to know that it is:) and it would be much appreciated!;;)
