HELP ONLY 6 WEEKS!

Ok, I know this is crazy, I'm going to Las Vegas in 6 weeks & will be hanging with some pretty big dogs. I want to get into the best shape I can in this short period of time--I already workout regularly (3 to 5 days a week depending on my schedule) and eat fairly cleanly. What should I be doing to get the best results? Here's a list of the tapes I own...

Cathe Body Max, S&H seriers, PS Series, CTX
Firm Cross Trainers (all 4), Vol. 1 & 3, Better Body & Buns, Super Sculpting & Abs, Hips & Thighs

I don't expect to lose 15 lbs ins 6 weeks but I need maximum fat loss & toning! Thanks for your input.

Hi. I'm using a rotation of getnfit@38's that's really working. Using your vids, it might look like this.

M-Body Max
T-Cardio portions of CTX All Step and 10-10-10 (& Vol. floorwork without wts. Make this optional)
W-Super Sculpting
Th-Cardio portions of CTX Kickbox and Step & Intervals (& Vol 3 floorwork without wts. Optional)
F- Body Max

You could add another cardio day if you feel like doing 6 days/wk. This rotation gives you 4 days of cardio and 3 days of sculpting with a rest day between wt. work. Also, you could add 30 min of cardio after SS, if you can't work out 6 dys, to make 5 days of cardio. *I* always lose faster that way.

Avoid Baskin Robbins!

I can't help with Cathe video suggestions since I only own one (so far!) but I think that what you are doing now is sufficient. I would really focus on clean eating--it is realistic to be able to lose 1-2#/week so you could lose 6-12 pounds at least by the time you take your trip--you might even lose more (or less) because everyone is different when it comes to weight loss. Nutrition is 80% of the puzzle. Good luck!
