Help needed for beginner rotation.

Hi, just wondering if anyone would be kind enough to help me with my first rotation? My goal primary goals are weight loss and improved fitness. I am at beginner/intemediate level and have just recovered from a calf injury, so I have been taking it fairly easy over the past couple of weeks. I haven't had much experience with a step before (I have one though!). I haven't done any Cathe workouts yet as I dont know where to start (without overdoing it). I have the following workouts:

All Step

Get In Shape for Your Wedding

Basic Step + Body Fusion

SJP

Timesaver

KPC + Legs & Glutes

Supersets & Push Pull

BC + ME

PUB + PLB

Cardio + Weights

PS Series

S&H Series

Power Hour, MIS + Body Max

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. :)
 
Hi Candy,

Since you are new to Cathe and recovering from an injury start slow. Here is a link to a rotation Cathe wrote. After an initial adjustment period, you can add some of your other workouts. Come back and ask for help if you need to when you are ready to move ahead.

You can shorten the rotation up if you feel it is right for you.

ETA: You don't have HSC but you can use BC or C&W
