HELP, need motivation to get back in the groove..

HI everybody:

I need some serious help here....! My husband and I have been remodeling our house for quite a few months now so my workouts have been few and far between. I'm feeling very sluggish and just plain 'icky'. I'm sure it's from lack of GOOD exercise. But, now I need motivation to get back in to the swing of things.

We are 'almost' done with the remodeling, new floors, carpet and furniture coming this week. So, i see the light at the end of the tunnel for me and getting back to what I call a normal life.
Help....any suggestions on getting back that motivation that I ONCE had? I have quite a few of Cathe's tapes, but don't know where to begin or what rotation to start with.

Thanks a bunch to anybody and their suggestions in advance.

Have a great day.... :) Marcia

Hi Marcia! Do you remember which one of cathe's tapes is your favorite? The one you think is most fun, that you really enjoyed doing? Start with that one. Stat with the one that is most fun to you, not necessarily the most challenging. Or maybe instead of getting back into a cathe routine, maybe just go for long walks. Enjoy the nice cool crisp weather - even better, with your husband - and get out there and move. Just to get your brain and muscles back into the exercise mode.

Just a suggestion! Good luck!

Hey Marcia, I know it's soooo hard to get back in the swing of things once you fall out of the routine. But I KNOW that once you do just one tape, youll remember how much you liked it!! If I was you, Id start with Step Heat and gradually work your way back. Hope the house came out nice!! Good luck! Judy

I have to agree with Marnie. Get outside for a walk and BREATHE. For me, all that oxygen is very energizing (and motivating). Then start working in those Cathe tapes, especially the weights. It's sooo good to feel strong. Good luck, Marcia. Will be thinkin' of you! Tracey :)
