I know on occasion you do personal rotations for people with special requests. I'm hoping you will help me out too. I've signed up for a 12 week challenge at my gym. The winner wins a cruise for 2. I'd like to use the gym for runnign on my lunch break (I play indoor soccer and really need to get my running endurance up so I don't feel so wiped during a game....)but use your videos too. I remembered a rotation you had done for someone a while back for losing 20-30 lbs. It utilized SH/cardio for 3 wks, PS/cardio for 3 wks, SH again for 3 more and then various other weeks. I was thinking maybe something similar to this might help me but updated to include more of the newer videos? Besides winnning this challenge, I just have an overall goal of getting to my fittest and I know that your cardio is tougher than anything at the gym. I'm 5'5, 37 yrs old, 154 lbs, 26% bodyfat. I'm hoping to get down to 18% in the 12 wks. I am currently eating 5-6 meals a day, a portion of protein/carbs at every meal. I'm making it as clean as possible. If you can PLEASE help me I would sincerely appreciate it! TIA!
