Help me - what to do next

I have been using Basic Step since January 10th. I really like the routine but even with using the risers it is not challenging. I saw one of Cathe's routines on fit tv with resistance bands and I looked on the website for this DVD/video and can't find anything. Anyway, could someone help me - what step workout should I move onto - are there a couple so I can change it up. What is the best resistance band work out.
Any help PLEASE!!!!
 
Her newer weight workouts use resistance bands. Maybe you saw Muscle Max. I guess I should ask - what was Cathe wearing - what color...
