Hello ladies, I would like to know where you go after if you are new to Cathe but a seasoned exerciser who just finished Cathe's intermediate rotation. Would you do that rotation for another month or so or do you go on to the featured rotation or is it more for advanced exercisers?

Please help me out ladies.....I am lost.

Thanks.

I guess it depends on what your goals are. It also depends on how you currently feel with this rotation, does it still challenge you or is it already pretty easy?

I am currently doing the Intermediate Rotation, I am on week 2. I was planning to repeat the rotation, just maybe increase the cardio, maybe up the walk/run or bicycle ride to 45 to 60 min, or replace one of the cardios with IMAX and one of the Circuits with Drill Max or Bootcamp.

However, my overall goal is weight loss, as long as the weight comes off, I'll just repeat the rotation with a few modifications.

What are you trying to accomplish?

Was the intermediate rotation fairly easy for you?
If yes, why not try a more advanced rotation based on what you are interested in achieving--weight loss, muscle definition, cardio endurance.

If it was some what hard, why not try the intermediate rotation again and sub different workouts for variety. You could also throw in a few more advanced workouts here and there. And eventually you would work your way up to an advanced rotation.

Hope it helps a little! ;-)

Bahhhh...I'd just jump right in! If it seems too hard (which I doubt it will since you're a seasoned exerciser), then lower your intensity. You'll be fine.

I second Donna's reply.
You really won't know what you are capable of doing until you do it. If it's a bit much then just modify.

Good luck! :)
