I was thinking about creating my own rotation, I was wondering how this might work

Monday-Body Fusion
Tuesday- 30-45 minute cardio
Wednesday Cardio and weights
Thursday-Lo max
Friday-Body max
Saturday-off
Sunday off

I am trying to focus on cardio and endurance. how will this work?
 
I think you could still use some muscle work to "round" this out. It's very cardio-heavy. Swap the Tuesday cardio for ME or MM instead because this would give your muscles a better workout than the weight work included in C&W. I would then swap C&W on Wendnesday for perhaps Kick Max or KPC, so that you do cardio of different types and avoid stress injuries from doing the same cardio moves (step) all the time. Real endurance comes from working all muscles in different ways and to different intensities. These adjustments would help you achieve that goal and stay injury free. Your body would also benefit from having the rest days interspersed throughout the week, as you can guarantee a great workout the day after a rest day. Plan a rest day for after weight work so your muscles have time to heal and grow.

Tuesday: ME or MM
Wednesday: Off
Thursday: KPC
Friday Low Max
Saturday: Off
Sunday: Body Max
