Help me please reset my time on my polar F6

OMG ...I am not the most technical person out there but I am finding it ridiculously hard to find anything about resetting the time or anything for that matter on my polar f6. I have the manual still but am not finding anything clear on it and when I google, I mainly find stuff about getting started. Can anyone tell me , as simply as possible, how to reset the time?

Go to Settings Mode
hit OK
go down to Watch
hit OK
go down to Time
hit OK
if 12/24 is correct, hit OK
hit OK again and the hour will flash
hit up or down to correct time
hit OK
proceed the same for minutes if needed
hit OK when time is correct
hit Back button (lower left) to set

Thank you ...I am so bad with this stuff. Dh still had to help but it's fixed now...Thank you this has been bugging me for months..
