I am new to cathe, but absolutley LOVE her! I've been doing Cathe workouts 6x/week since Jan 1st. Before that, I did firm workouts (Boy, are they easy now!). anywho...I've been doing strength one day, cardio the next, and rotating them every other day. Some days for cardio, i do a circuit workout. Here is my goal. I would like to lose about 10lbs. or so (I'm currently 5'6, 143lbs.) i have actually gained about 5lbs. since starting to do cathe (i'm hoping it's just added muscle, but i'm not noticing clothes fitting any looser). so, i'm looking for a good routine that will help me accomplish my goals, but I'm a little clueless and uncreative to go about creating a great routine. Here are the tapes that I do have:

megastep blast (kind of easy tho)
step jam (have not done yet)

I also have a few firms, but the only ones i think are any good anymore are FIRM Supercardio and Firm Cardio
will somebody please, please help me try to design a good rountine working out about 5-6 days/week? Is this enough to help me reach my goals? THanks in advance!
