I'm going to be doing a rotation with the Horizontal Conditioning workouts. I think it's going to go something like this:
Sun: CrossFire
Mon: HC
Tue: Steady state cardio...KickBoxing or Step
Wed: Yoga
Thu: HC
Fri: Total Body weight lifting
My problem is that I can't figure out which total body workout to do. Ones I'm considering are:
Turbo Barre
Muscle Endurance
Athletic Training
Low Impact Circuit
I don't want to do anything that is high impact. I limit those to once per week(and my knees thank me
). And right now(changes up every now and then), I'm more into muscle endurance than heavy lifting.
Any other options you have besides what is listed will also gladly be considered
