Help me decide....

I'm going to be doing a rotation with the Horizontal Conditioning workouts. I think it's going to go something like this:

Sun: CrossFire
Mon: HC
Tue: Steady state cardio...KickBoxing or Step
Wed: Yoga
Thu: HC
Fri: Total Body weight lifting

My problem is that I can't figure out which total body workout to do. Ones I'm considering are:

Turbo Barre
Muscle Endurance
Athletic Training
Low Impact Circuit

I don't want to do anything that is high impact. I limit those to once per week(and my knees thank me :) ). And right now(changes up every now and then), I'm more into muscle endurance than heavy lifting.

Any other options you have besides what is listed will also gladly be considered :D

TIA

That sounds like a great rotation! I'd be a little careful about the yoga right before an HC day. The chaturangas to up dog are similiar to HC in that you'll be working your chest and shoulders a lot with plank type moves. If you can, try to stick to yoga that doesn't have a lot of that stuff in it. Do you have STS total body, High Reps and/or Trisets total body? I just love those for total body strength workouts! STS total body goes a little heavier, but you could just use lighter weights if you want and add a few more reps for endurance type lifting. HTH! :)

I would go for muscle endurance. High reps, Sts total, power hours with moderate weight would work your muscles better. You won't bulk :)
Too much light weight would only work small muscle fibre. I would look like a runner:-// I would not like that for myself. Without sounding too visual, I am aiming to gain full benefit from lifting. Endurance hypertrophy and strength .

Thanks everyone!! I've decided to do them all...hehe :) I'm going to be focusing on my core/upper body strength until XTrain comes out. I'll swap my total body workout every two to three weeks just to change it up.
