Help me decide...........

I am thinking about seeing if my poor dh will let me order another DVD. I don't have any of the Intensity Series and am leaning toward purchasing the Pyramids. Here is what I have already: PS series, Slow & Heavy series, Power Hour DVD, Cardio Kicks/ Circuit Max DVD,KPC/L&G and the Rhythmic Step, MIC and IMAX1 DVD and I have All Step on video (came with my new step). Would the Pyramids compliment what I already have or be overkill in the strength department? If it would be overkill then what other workout would you recommend?

At this time only, I think another strength series might be giving a fish a bath, if not "overkill". If I were in your shoes with the DVD's you already have, I'd go for Boot Camp / Muscle Endurance. That way you've got a lot of good resistance training done up into a million premixes, AND the To-Die-For (or -During) Boot Camp. Put the Pyramids DVD into the future a little bit.

Ok,A-Jock, I just read about that DVD and YOU are trying to kill be right?! LOL!! You had better hope that my orthotics do wonders for my PF if I decide on that one. I do like the idea of more premixes to choose from.:) I will keep you posted on what I decide, hey if dh really agrees and I can splurge I could get them both,LOL!!!}( Dh will have to be in a really good mood for that one, hummmmm I have ideas for that one,:+ }( :7

I'm really into ME these days too. I felt my abs weren't getting enough of workout so I bought Winsor pilates. I did the workout when it arrived and the next day I was surprised when I wasn't sore at all. Then I started on ME and WOW! Oh, my aching abs! I sure am loving all this soreness! One tip about ME: avoid the split premixes and split the workout down its natural middle, starting the second day with the lunges. This is my favorite way to do it. :)
