Help! I've done GS Legs and I can't get up!

Holy leg workout Batman!!!!! Okay, so, I've done some pre-mixes and such with GS Legs but NEVER the entire way through!! I KNOW I'll be feeling this workout for days to come!! Thank God, Cathe has a nice long stretch at the end!! :D:eek:

WOWEEEEE ZOWEEEEE!!!!:eek::eek::eek: I don't have very nice thoghts about that workout right now but will LOVE it once I fit properly into those darn Ann Taylor pants by October 1st!!!

Doing this workout in it's entirety makes me officialy scared of her upcoming Lower Body Blast workout!! :cool:

Go ahead DOMS--- bring it!!

Oh dear, I'm doing GS Legs next week for the first time, and now I'm officially frightened! :confused: But yeah, bring it on Cathe! I also can't wait!
 
GS legs is great! After a lower body workout we are reminded of Cathe every step, sit, stand, bend that we have to make! haha! I'm, still feeling an STS leg disc from two days ago!
 
I love love love GS Legs! It's my favorite Cathe lower body workout. DH works out with Cathe as well, but he avoided GS Legs like the plague until a couple of weeks ago. He loved it and even did the workout again last Saturday (and he HATES working legs). It gave him serious DOMs in his calves, of all places! I always get massive butt DOMs from GS Legs. :eek: Love it!
 
Oh happy epsom salt bath!! Tragically I ran out of ZMA Zinc Mag, gonna dig through my supplements and pray I can find something suitable for relaxing muscle recovery! Maybe some CalMag....

Thank God I have a PT massage scheduled for Friday!! Me thinks I shall REALLY need it once the true DOMS set in!!

Pam GS Legs is my all time favorite leg workout. Cathe really just goes for it and gets every part of the leg.It has done wonders for giving my legs deffinition. You gotta love the love hate relationship we have with the dreaded DOMS!

Ohhh the love/hate thing with DOMS!! I DO LOVE IT!! I was not uber-sore when I woke up this morning so I am bracing myself for hobbling down the stairs tomorrow morning!! :eek::eek:

It's true- she hits muscles that I didn't know I even had!!

I can't wait to do it again!!!

I did Meso 2 Legs today and followed it up with a 25 min steady state jog followed by 7 sprints...what was I thinking? :eek: Cathe knows how to get us GOOOOOD!!!!
