my name is Joy and I am 22 years old, i am 5'4" and at 203 lbs not very happy. I weighed 150 lbs when i graduated hghschool and have gained 50 lbs in three years! At first i blamed it on birth control but now i believe that it is just me. Anyway I have a very demanding job as a restaurant Manager and work anywhere from 50 to 65 hous a week so my time is very limited. Also my eating habits suffer becuase of my work schedule so i pretty much eat anything that i can grab on my way out the door at 5am or in the 5 minute break i get during a rush. which means that i eat pretty much nothing all day until i get home around 4pm at night scarf something down and then have to go back to work at 8pm then come back home around 10pm. I recently purchased the step which came with the DVD basic step. I would like to lose 50 lbs and am not sure what kind of a routine to start doing. Should i stick with this DVD for a while? or should i be doing different things also. i just don't know where to start. Please help me get on track.
