I am in the process of losing weight and building strength and conditioning. I have mastered Cathe's basic step program and am ready to purchase a new DVD. I have the Cardio & Weights program, but I don't prefer it because I do my weight training at the gym. Can anyone recommend a DVD that is primarily step cardio and good for burning fat and toning my body? I am looking for a few good cardio workouts that are done on the step.
