Hi Cathe,
This subject has been volleyed around on other forums, but I thought I'd go directly to you (or one of your staff) to help me, please.
A quick reference quide to all of your workouts sorted by specific category or type (this is not the same thing as the Guide posted on the DVD forum)would be so valuable. The purpose is to be able to look at any given rotation and be able to quickly find a sub for any workout. For example, if you list MuscleMax (which I don't have yet), what workout is the closest thing? ME, Supersets, PP, etc...? or is there nothing comparable (then I know I need to get that one!)?
I think this would be a great tool for old & esp. new Cathe enthusiasts to help aceive our goals!!
I know your library is vast & you and your staff are very busy, but I would be so grateful for your help.
Maybe you could start w/more recent workouts instead of going all the way back...
