HELP! Bikini in 3 weeks.

The fact that the holiday season is luming has been in the back of my mind for a while now. I had the best intentions to really step up my workouts before it arrived but bikini time has crept up on me!:eek: Can anyone suggest the best coarse of action? I am reasonably good shape but would really benefit from toning up (my bottom and upper thighs especially). Are there any rotations that would do this. I don't want to lose much weight, just to firm up abit. Any suggestions will be very welcome. Thanks guys.

P.s I own Basic Step/Body Fusion, Imax 2/Cardio With Weights, Low Max, Step Blast/SJP, Legs And Glutes/KPC and so would need to base my rotation arround this.
 
I have a really hard time toning up my lower half too. Any of the workouts that you have will help (perhaps others can come with a rotation for you). However, what I have found most helpful is Callanetics (has done wonders for my thighs), and cutting out all sugary foods.
 
I'm sure there are tons of people who would give you great advice, but you might want to post this in the Open Discussion forum:)
 
Oh, silly me! I meant to post this in open discussion. Clearly the thought of a bikini threw me for a loop. Thanks for you're responses. I'm gonna post this agian.
