Hi everyone!!
I have a few questions to ask..here they are..
1). I don't really follow any "rotations" right now, I kinda just do what I feel like. But I am wondering, is it "OK" to do S&H or PS daily?? Meaning, can I do PS LEGS on Mon, PS back and biceps on Tues and PS chest/tri Wed?? I did a rotation similar to this in high school and was wondering if the general thought was that it was still OK. Would it still be OK for S&H. I am thinking of doing something like that and then doing PH on Friday. Any thoughts??
2) Is it possible to just keep getting bigger from weight training?? I know what everyone says...big thighs are a result of FAT and not MUSCLE, but I am getting comments that my thighs are bigger yet I know I have not put on fat. I think I have gained an inch or two there. I love to work my legs but am concerned that they will get much bigger. Since weight training I have lost quite a bit of abdominal fat but my thighs have increased in density, meaning I can pinch less fat and it seems the muscle is taking up more space than before. I am a relatively small woman but my thighs are 21". Does anyone else have this problem?? Overall, I look leaner and stronger, so will the hypertrophy level off, even if I up my weights?? I want to keep lifting heavier and heavier.. I wonder if the plyometrics that Cathe utilizes in her workouts are making me grow in and of themselves??
Well, that is all I can think of now. I will be hooked up with my DVD player on MON. and can start using all my new Cathe DVD's. YEAH!!! I plan to do the TTR then. Thanks everyone....
