Hi everyone. I'd just like to introduce myself, I am new to the forum. I think you already know my big sister Anna (Bernard). She has been nagging me to join the forum for weeks, so here I am guys! My name is Sarah, but, all my friends call me Twiggy. I am a student nurse and live in the North West of England with my fiance and my 4 year old boy, Christopher. In the spare time I have I like to exercise at home which all my friends think is wierd, so it'll be great to talk to people who share the same passion for exercise videos as I do. At the moment I only have a few exercise videos which I rotate with. I have Keli Roberts - The Ultimate Step Workout, which I love and do on a regular basis. I also own a few Aussie Fit videos. My sister has recommended Cathe's Wedding Video which I am going to buy this month as I feel that I need a new challange! Well nice talking to you,

Welcome to the forum Sarah! Anna, you go girl! You seem to be having a blast on this forum. I lurked for years before I posted and I have worked out religiously for twenty years. There's just something about Cathe and Catheites that just make you want to be here!:D

Since I'm 52, I have to ask how you got the nickname, since I remember the original Twiggy very well.

You'll find that Cathe is like peanuts or potato chips (or "crisps", to use The Queen's English) - one hit and you're hooked for life!

You'll find here that we're great at sharing information, doling out puppy-uppers and spending your quids for you!

My friends call me Twiggy because I am thinner than they are. They used to say I looked like a twig which eventually turned into the name Twiggy.

Hi Twiggy
I am one of the few men on the board.Welcome and once your fiance sees Cathe's excellent weight training videos he will be working out at home too.Cathe's videos are in a league of their own.Gym style workouts for home use.I do them all and highly recommend them.

Welcome on board! I also am new to the forum. For the past 2 or 3 months I kept reading and learning from everyone, but was too timid to join, but now I am glad that I took that first step and signed up.
