Hello All!

I'm a longtime lurker who just came out on the binge eating thread.

I feel like I know all of you (Nancy, you inspired me to cut my curly hair short this spring!) and hope to make a few friends.

Just wanted to introduce myself. I've been working out to the Firm for about 2 years, and I'm trying to decide which Cathe for my husband to get me for his birthday! :D

My goals are to get a stronger upper body and stronger core. I think The Firm has done all it can for me.

I work out about 5-6 days per week, but as you see on the binge eating thread this summer my eating has been terrible. I have a job that I don't especially like, but I'm trying to come to terms with it all. (check out my blog for that!)

Anyhoo, you are a bunch of wise women (and Bill) so I hope to learn and grow with you guys.

So, nice to meet you all!

Kristi

Welcome, Kristi! Great to have you around :) I think we all learn a few things from each other...it's great here that way ;)

*(Calvin): People think it must be fun to be a super genius, but they don't realize how hard it is to put up with all the idiots in the world. (Hobbes): Isn't your pants' zipper supposed to be in the front?

Welcome! I like the way you work!

Welcome!

Cathe's workouts are all good - I have almost every one and I've never regreted a purchase. CoreMax is great for the core. For upper body strength, I'd go with the gym style upper bodies or pyramid workouts.
Good luck with your eating....

Welcome Kristi...I am a former Firmie too. That is until Cathe!! I hope you get a great Cathe workout for your DH's B-Day!!

Welcome! You already know what a great place this is, and it really is so much more fun if you participate. I'm glad you decided to "come out":)

Kristi,

Welcome & nice to "meet" you too! I was a longtime lurker too & I learned a lot just from reading the threads & posts. Like you, I feel like I "know" a lot of the people here too & I agree with the others who said that it's a lot more fun when you participate. So I hope to see you posting a lot more in the future.

Take care!:)
Kel

Hi Kristi,

Glad you're here...I'm also a former Firmer...

I can't speak for the rest of Cathe's workouts as I am still acquiring the "Cathe Library" :) but I do know Cathe's hardcore series namely the GS and Core are an excellent start for upper body and core.

Welcome...

Carrie
