I'm a longtime lurker who just came out on the binge eating thread.
I feel like I know all of you (Nancy, you inspired me to cut my curly hair short this spring!) and hope to make a few friends.
Just wanted to introduce myself. I've been working out to the Firm for about 2 years, and I'm trying to decide which Cathe for my husband to get me for his birthday!
My goals are to get a stronger upper body and stronger core. I think The Firm has done all it can for me.
I work out about 5-6 days per week, but as you see on the binge eating thread this summer my eating has been terrible. I have a job that I don't especially like, but I'm trying to come to terms with it all. (check out my blog for that!)
Anyhoo, you are a bunch of wise women (and Bill) so I hope to learn and grow with you guys.
