Helllpppp!! Going to the beach in 3 weeks!!!

I'm leaving for the beach for vacation on June 12 and I don't feel "swim-suit ready"!!! I am very active in aerobics and weights/toning exercises--I also try to eat very healthily. Any suggestions for a kick-butt exercise/meal plan to get me ready fast?

The best thing and not the easiest is to try to let it go and just have fun! That being said, I know it's hard not to want to go that extra mile right before swim suits time!!

I'd do HIIT for cardio and definitely make sure your diet is 100% clean. For me a protein, carb and good fat at each meal works best. Six small meals a day. Also get lots of water in.

She-ra, based on what you wrote, I bet you are already swimsuit ready. I agree with the Colleen--Have fun! Just look around you when you are at the beach and I'm sure you will realize very quickly that you are swimsuit ready!:)
