??? Height of Chair in STS workouts

NY25

Cathlete
Cathe - In the STS workouts you use a chair, throughout. How high is that chair? (particularly as it relates to doing Legs workouts). I live in an apartment, and don't have a dining table or anything, so I don't have a chair (just tall barstools, which clearly won't work). I will have to modify using a step (I have old Firm steps for this), but I would like to know how high the seat of the chair you're using is, so I can gauge how deep I should be going. Thanks!!!

Not that this answers your question, but you could buy a metal folding chair, it should do the trick. They are cheap and can be stored away.

I too am using the FIRM box and fanny lifter. I would like to purchase the step b/c it is more sturdy and I plan to do so by the time I get to the plyos b/c you can't do plyo jumps on the box b/c it's not sturdy, but I just sit on the end of the firm box. I didn't realize I didn't have anything in my house but barstools until I was getting all the stuff out to start STS yesterday so I just used the end of the firm box and was fine.

From the floor to the top of the seat - 18 inches

Thank you!! I may have to purchase a new step, but now I know how high to go. By the way - LOVING the new workouts!
