I'm almost 5'10" and weigh about 135. I wear a size 6 or 8, depending on the maker. I am small boned, with a layer of fat over a teeny bit of muscle, even though I do much more heavy strength work than cardio. If I lost all of my body fat, I'd look emaciated. I work out for 60-75 minutes, 5-6 days a week, depending on time constraints.
I could easily weigh 140 pounds if I ate more than 2000-2200 calories a day, but it would all be fat. I CANNOT build more muscle; believe me, I'm trying!
