Heavy Split Routine???????????????

Is a heavy split routine when you do aerobics and weights separately? Or does it mean separating body parts when doing weights? Somebody, please help.

It means separating body parts when doing a weight training program. For example, rather than doing a total-body strength-training session, you might do legs and back on one day, chest and triceps on another day, shoulders and biceps on the third day, etc.

Cathe obviously has several split-set workout series, including Pure Strength and Slow and Heavy, and the new releases will follow that principle.
