Hi Cathe! I'd like to request that you have a little banner running on the bottom of the screen noting where our HR should be in terms of percentage of max heart rate as we progress through a workout. Since we are all at different fitness levels, some of us (me) will have to modify heavily to keep our heart rates from going constantly anaerobic. But I would like to know about where my HR should be while I am doing the routines and various intervals and recoveries. I am counting on this being "state of the art" cardio training and so really need the heart rate percentage info to get my very best out of the series! Thanks!
