my RHR is 55-60 and I usually run at HR 160-175 quite comfortably, I've reached 185 but then I'm not really able to talk, gasp, but I can run, gasp, for a short while, gasp. Strenght w/o are always in the 115-125 range. It really all depends on how I feel, whether I w/o in the early morning or late afternoon, is my mind on other things, etc.
