Good Morning All Healthy Eaters!!! (lets keep our fingers crossed)
I hope I am not stepping on any toes by starting the thread.I am always on the computer nice and early so this will be my checkin for the day.
Well, my eating isn't THAAAAAAT bad but it diffently needs a tune up.I am going to try and eat 6 small meals through out the day,to keep my blood sugar levels normal.And hopefully be able to fight off the sweet tooth.Greasy food isn't my problem, neither are chips but at the end of every meal I feel like I need to have dessert.Then I might need to have some dessert between lunch and dinner...you get the hint
I have been eyeing Pilates dvds lately and been wanting to buy one.I was also thinking about ordering the Winsor Pilates dvds to.So, I think I will save that for my treat if I do good with my eating.
Anyway,I have to go and do some stuff, I hope everyone as a good first day and I will check back later...
