Hi Everyone,

I get my hardcores tomorrow so another couple of days of waiting. I won't get to see them til I get home from work tomorrow evening : (

B - cottage cheese w/yogurt, 1/2 ww english muffin w/lf cream cheese
S - cheese, Balance go mix
L - tuna casserole, green beans
S - BFL bar
D - chicken and rice, salad

Hope everyone has a great day, I am starting to feel a little better, I have taken it easier with workouts this week.

Good morning all!

My hardcore's arrived at my parents house yesterday. So i am making a trip to visit them this weekend just to pick them up! (i have a feeling my mom is testing the out for me though!)

b - 6 egg white, spinach, tomatoes, feta, WW tortilla
l - Amy's bean burrito, carrots
s - Piece of fruit
d - quesadilla

my DB get's out of the hospital today!!! hooray!
 
Morning. Wah...I haven't ordered the new videos :( It's killing me but we need to save some money up.

Workout: HIIT at lunch

I'm feeling more toned and much better just after a few days of hitting my plan. Not sure if there are physical changes yet but mentally I'm feeling good.

L - protein shake, salad
D - pancakes

It's Ash Wednesday, so I'm semi-fasting (ugh).
