Healthy Eating (BFL) Checkin 2/8/05

I am still waiting for my UPS notification but I didn't order til September so I know I have a little wait.

Today I did HIIT inclines on the treadmill and abs.

BFL stands for Body for Life.

B - cottage cheese w/yogurt, 1/2 ww english muffin w/lf cream cheese
S - cheese, Balance Go Mix
L - tuna casserole, lf triscuits
S - BFL bar
D - steak, salad

I am trying to fight off this cold that wants to take me over but I am fighting.

B - soy protein cereal with 1% milk and blueberries, coffee
S - protein shake, 1/2 bagel
L - chicken, salad
S - BFL bar
D - sausage, pasta

1: oatmeal with 1% milk
2: salami sandwich (i know, terrible!)
3: same
4: who knows
5: who knows

I'm leaving for Tahoe today (no workout, yea!), so my diet will not be the greatest. I will try not to overdo it, and then when I get back, I will be taking KathyH's suggestions and really get strict. No more bread x( I will be living on oatmeal (no milk), chicken breast, salmon, sweet potatoes, and veggies.

I'm swamped at work but determined to stay on track...

Extra lean turkey bacon, oats
Chicken, mashed potatoes
Turkey meatloaf, mashed potatoes
CC, apple
Chicken, asparagus, corn
Jerky, fruit

Workout: Hopefully HIIT at lunch but I may need to go home for a friend. If so, I'll do UBWO instead tonight.
