Healthy Eating (BFL) Checkin 2/24/05

Morning everyone

Wasn't feeling the best this morning so I did a 30 minute interval workout on the bike instead of the usual HIIT. I also did StretchMax #3 (the one with the band).

B - Yogurt mix w/ oatmeal
S - Balance Go Mix
L - soup w/green beans
S - BFL Bar
D - EFL Chicken Parmesan (without the sauce); asparagus

Morning! Yesterday I tried to cut out all starches and dairy, but I was in a such a fog all day, even with coffee. So I've decided to just have starch in the morning, to sustain me the rest of the day.

1 - oatmeal, 3 Tbs soy protein (not sure if this is as good as whey, but it's mixable into oatmeal and has no real taste)
2 - chicken breast, spinach salad
3 - same
4 - protein shake with a few frozen strawberries
5 - salmon, broccoli

Morning! I'm sleep today but determined to stay on plan. Have a pair of pants on that didn't fit two weeks ago after my holiday binges.

Turkey bacon, string cheese, oats
Couscous pattie (20-25 grams of cooked couscous, 4 egg whites, 1/4 tsp pepper, 1/4 tsp Mrs Dash Salt Free 17, 1/4 tsp garlic powder; make patties and grill in pan. Mine made more of a pancake. Top with 8 grams of FF cheese)
Turkey meatloaf, mashed potatoes
Black Bean Chicken Stew
Blueberry Buttermilk BFL waffles
CC, apple

HIIT at lunch, shoulders/bis/tris after work. Am skipping back this week to let my back heal a bit more.
