Goodmorning ladies!
I haven't been here in a while because i've been in training. with no computer access! man i have missed this place! haha
Anyways... the past month has been absoluly crazy for me. I haven't worked out in 3+ weeks now, and my eating has been terrible the past week. (before that is was fine though). SO... today we get the eating back on track, Monday i start a new rotation. Hopefully i will get at least a month of peace so i can concentrate on getting myself back in tip-top condition! :+
here are today's eats...
b - toast, PB, banana, coffee
l - brown rice, broccoli, blackeyed peas
s - apple, cottage cheese
d - home made WW thai veggie pizza (this is an experiment!):9
s - fruit
