S - Balance Go Mix
L - Suppose to go out
S - BFL Bar
D - venison, salad

6:00 am - Firm 5 day ab segment, Powerstrike 2 - ugh HATED this workout, I'm selling it ASAP.

B - scrambled egg, wheat toast, cantelope, coffee
S - protein shake
L - ?
S - BFL bar
D - chicken and spinach

Thanks for keeping this check-in afloat Rhonda, it really is helpful. How are you doing on BFL? I'm in week 7 and have only lost a couple of pounds, but my upper body is looking better.

Hi everyone,

Today I will be doing Bootcamp Cardio/Legs Premix and my own mix of lower body exercises.

1 - oatmeal, little bit of milk, 1 slice ham
2 - 1 slice ham, 2 hardboiled eggs, half a sweet potato
3 - protein shake with banana
4 - chicken, broccoli
5 - salmon, broccoli

Hi Shopgirl,

Your welcome. I am doing well with BFL,lost 7 pounds so far and feeling good. Even though today I am thinking about a Wendy's hamburger and may have to cave in and get one.

CC, apple

Goodmorning ladies!

I haven't been here in a while because i've been in training. with no computer access! man i have missed this place! haha

Anyways... the past month has been absoluly crazy for me. I haven't worked out in 3+ weeks now, and my eating has been terrible the past week. (before that is was fine though). SO... today we get the eating back on track, Monday i start a new rotation. Hopefully i will get at least a month of peace so i can concentrate on getting myself back in tip-top condition! :+

here are today's eats...

b - toast, PB, banana, coffee
l - brown rice, broccoli, blackeyed peas
s - apple, cottage cheese
d - home made WW thai veggie pizza (this is an experiment!):9
s - fruit
