Morning everyone, so far I am enjoying the HC series. I did GS BSB this morning and the time flew by and the band really gets in deep. I did LowMax this weekend and about died when I got to the end. My legs were not moving as quickly as they had in the beginning. I did GS Legs on Friday and that was a great workout. This week I am going to break up Imax3 and do the first five intervals one day and on another day do the last five intervals. There are still five wrapped up that I haven't even looked at yet. Maybe this week.
B - yogurt w/cottage cheese, 1/2 ww english muffin w/lf cream cheese
S - cheese, Balance Go Mix
L - either vegetable soup or chicken soup and LF triscuits (depends on how hungry I am)
S - BFL bar
D - not sure but something made with ground beef. Anyone have any ideas?
