Healthy Eating (BFL) Checkin 2/14/05

Morning everyone, so far I am enjoying the HC series. I did GS BSB this morning and the time flew by and the band really gets in deep. I did LowMax this weekend and about died when I got to the end. My legs were not moving as quickly as they had in the beginning. I did GS Legs on Friday and that was a great workout. This week I am going to break up Imax3 and do the first five intervals one day and on another day do the last five intervals. There are still five wrapped up that I haven't even looked at yet. Maybe this week.

B - yogurt w/cottage cheese, 1/2 ww english muffin w/lf cream cheese
S - cheese, Balance Go Mix
L - either vegetable soup or chicken soup and LF triscuits (depends on how hungry I am)
S - BFL bar
D - not sure but something made with ground beef. Anyone have any ideas?

I did some running on Saturday and my hips are still really achy. Ironically, my knees are just fine.

I did Push and Pull yesterday which I think was one of Cathe's easier workouts. JMHO.

Today I am going to do whatever is on Fit TV this morning.

B-Cheerios, ryebread, water, yogurt
S-Fruit/Protein Shake/Cheese stick
L-Turkey Sandwich on Honey Wheat bread/Salad
S-Protein Bar/Fruit
D-Steak/Salad

Rhonda-you can have taco's with the ground beef or chili.

Hello,

I took Friday and Saturday off because my knees were so sore. This morning was L&G.

B - scrambled egg, wheat toast with peanut butter, cantelope, coffee
S - protein shake
L - ? (probably soup)
S - yogurt
D - chicken and veggies
S - ?

Ham & Egg Cheese Casserole
EFL Turkey chili (without the 4 alarm seasoning!)
Chicken, mashed potatoes
Fettucini alfredo from above website
CC, apple
