Hi Cathe, I am 42, female and at 5'4" weigh around 128 lbs. I have been exercising for awhile now, but can't seem to eat healthy on a regular basis to get in shape. My problem area is my lower body, all my weight is in my hips, thighs and belly. I love junk food, cakes, cookies, etc. I have searched your site, but haven't found anything on this topic. Do you have any advice to help me control my cravings and eat healthier without feeling deprived or like I'm starving? I wasn't sure where to post this question, so if it is on the wrong board, I apologize.
