4:15am MR Beauty to the Bone.

B - scrambled eggs w/asparagus and coucous

S - cheese stick

L - leftovers

S - walnuts

D - more leftovers and salad

I won't be around on Friday so everyone have a good weekend and I will talk with you again on Monday. I will check back off and on today.

I am sooooo exicited, I just pre-ordered the Hardcore Series :7 !!!

4:45 Power Circuit (but left out the abs section, will do it tomorrow)

S - Bran-A-Crisp with a piece of cheese

B - Oatmeal with protein powder and apple

L - Salad with tomatoes, chicken breast and cheese and Protein Shake with banana

S - probably another Trail Mix

D - don't know yet

Gosh, Kristine, I am soo jealous. I'd love to get the Hardcore Series, but can't afford to do it just yet.

5:00 am Boot Camp, plan a 2-mile interval run on the treadmill at lunchtime

B - scrambled eggs, coffee, half blueberry scone
S1 - yogurt
L - salad with turkey
s2 - trio-o-plex bar
D- chicken and spinach
s3 - myoplex lite shake

Hello Ladies! Last night was a good workout & tonight I'll be working my triceps w/P90X exercises from Shoulders & Arms DVD that gives me 5 different exercises to do for 2 rounds + CTX Power Circuit cardio only. Meals for today are:

Meal 1: 1/2 cinnamon/raisin bagel w/cream cheese (too lazy to cook) + french roast coffee
Meal 2: FF vanilla yogurt w/muesli + green tea
Meal 3: tilapia/sweet potato/broccoli, cauliflower & carrots + apple
Meal 4: mixed green salad/chicken/feta cheese
Meal 5: chicken stir-fry w/brown rice

Going to have to change up my meals for next week its getting BORING!

Hello! Still on track so far. Yesterday was clean and we had a nice time at agility with two of the dogs for some recreational exercise. Today's eats; going on the road to the hospital (4-5 hours) and in the hospital for about 3 so not a normal menu today.

Chicken, mashed potatoes, salad
