Good morning everybody! :)

Rhonda, there are you :eek: ??? I guess I just start the thread this morning then.

4:45 am CTX Step & Intervals

S - Bran-A-Crisp with a piece of cheese

B - 2 hard-boiled eggs

L - Salad with tomatoes and a chocolate protein shake with a banana

S - Trail Mix

D - Beef Ribs :9 with either green beans or asparagus and of course fruit for dessert

Hi everyone

Couldn't drag myself out of bed this morning for my 5:30am workout so have to 'face it' when I get home...trying P90X Plyometrics for the first time, eeeekkk!

Also joined Leannes Lifestyle which is proving useful for balancing my 40/40/20 food ratio. Have Lost 2.5lbs so far this week so something's working :)

Food today:
30g WW Apple cereal with skimmed milk
Protein shake
Cottage cheese
Tuna salad
50g dried prunes
1 Apple
Quorn meatballs, broccoli & rice

2 litres water & herbal tea!

6:00pm P90X Plyometrics and Ab Ripper X

Good morning,

I had a hard time getting up this morning too, so I just did the last 5 intervals of IMAX2. I was so tired, I felt like I could barely get through it. May do Boot Camp tonight to make up for the light workout.

B - coffee, 1/2 blueberry scone
S1 - Myoplex lite shake
L - salad with chicken
S2 - yogurt
D - ?

Hi Ladies!

Andrea: Your going to LOVE Plyo X not sure about Ab Ripper X though.

Tonight's workout is P90X bicep exercises from Shoulders & Arms DVD + CTX Kickboxing. If I feel pretty good tonight I'll do a longer kickboxing workout (KPC). Today's eats are:

Meal 1: 1 egg & 2 egg white omelet w/whole wheat toast w/blueberry jam + hazelnut coffee
Meal 2: 1 egg & 2 egg white omelet on 1 slice of whole wheat toast + green tea
Meal 3: turkey burger on whole wheat bun w/peach (forgot to pack up a salad oops)
Meal 4: tilapia/mixed veggies & sweet potato
Meal 5: scallops w/broccoli & salad (got to make up for not packing up my salad for work)

This is my high carb day so that's why there's so much bread I LOVE BREAD so I'm a happy camper today!

Wow, all these morning people!! Once my life gets settled again and my PF gets under control, I am going to try to get some of my workouts done in the a.m. The sad thing is that I don't have to start getting ready until 7 am so I could get up at 6:00 or 6:15 and still get my workout in. Right now with my dad being ill and all the travel to and from to see him, I have insomnia and am exhuasted so for now, it's mid-day workouts.

Today's eats:
Ham & Cheese Egg Casserole
String cheese, extra lean turkey bacon, oatmeal
Turkey meatloaf, mashed potatoes
Grilled chicken, ff cheddar cheese, salsa, 2 corn tortillas
Lean steak, baked potato

Workout: HIIT/intervals on the bike at lunch

I picked up my night splint for my PF and am waiting for authorization for my orthotics. Odds are slim, but there's a small chance insurance might pay. I sure hope this gets better soon. Reading all of your workouts makes me eager to get back to my videos!!

Colleen, sorry to hear that your Dad is ill and you're are not sleeping. Good for you for sticking with your workouts (especially with PF, ouch!). Good food and exercise are so important when going through a rough patch. I'm sending lots of good thoughts your way:).

I ate well until I came home and the house was filled with the smell of baking brownies. Broiled brownies actually, my daughter made them from scratch not realising the oven was on broil. They're so good, crusty on top and gooey on the bottom...I'll shut up about them now!

Br- banana black coffee and a low fat bran muffin
1st 1/2 KPC, 1st 1/2 CardioKicks, 1/2 hour practising choreography.

Lunch - hummus, avacado, roasted onion, red pepper and tomato on a grainy ciabatta bun. Yogurt.

1/2 hour practise choreography (for my classes)
Snack - granola bar
Supper - 3/4 pita pizza with artichoke, sundried tomato, roasted onion and red pepper with cheddar, feta and parmesan. Brownie.
Snack - Browniex( , the bad hand did it.....
2 litres of water. (Somedays it feels like it's all just killing time between meals!:) )

I'm not putting anything else in my mouth today!!!!!!
