I had a great day yesterday. Got my cardio in at lunch and finally a LBWO in the evening. Cooked 2 meals for the week, did laundry and did some training with one of the dogs AND still had time for one-on-one time with Hubby.
Today's meals:
Ham & Cheese Egg Casserole (EFL)
string cheese, turkey bacon, oatmeal
Turkey Meatloaf, mashed potatoes (EFL)
Grilled Chicken, lf cheddar cheese, salsa, 2 corn tortillas
Steak and baked potato (hubby's turn to cook tonight!)
CC, fruit
Workout: Cardio at lunch
I am finally going to get my nightsplint for my PF after work and make an appointment for my orthotics. Hopefully this well get me back to my IMAX workouts!
