Good morning everybody! :)

Well, I didn't had a good day yesterday :eek: , I ended up having peanuts as another snack and I had low-carb vanilla mousse with strawberries :9 for dessert. I couldn't resist. x(
I sure hope I will be doing better today. :)

L - Salad with tomatoes, Cottage Cheese and an apple

S - Banana with peanut butter

Good Morning! Today I plan on working my shoulders using exercises from P90X (gotta love that!) & CTX All Step. My meals today are:

Meal 1: 2 multigrain waffles w/peanut butter (I sure needed a change)
& hazelnut coffee
Meal 2: FF vanilla yogurt w/muesli & medium hazelnut iced coffee (its soooo humid out today I just had to have this!)
Meal 3: tilapia w/pineapple salsa/mixed veggies/sweet potato & banana
Meal 4: mixed green salad/chicken & feta cheese
Meal 5: scallops & broccoli

D - eggs, pancakes (kids choice - I'll go heavy on the eggs)

Yes where is Wayne?? I think he is enjoying P90X way too much...:)

I had a great 7 mile run today, legs felt good after warming them up with Legs & Glutes standing legwork.

Coffee and a whole balance bar before my workout.
B: Protein smoothie
L: Salad with spinach, romaine onions, garbanzos, avocado and fresh tomato. Another slice of watermelon.

For dinner trying a new recipe...I'll check back....:)...Carole
 
I had a great day yesterday. Got my cardio in at lunch and finally a LBWO in the evening. Cooked 2 meals for the week, did laundry and did some training with one of the dogs AND still had time for one-on-one time with Hubby.

Today's meals:
Ham & Cheese Egg Casserole (EFL)
string cheese, turkey bacon, oatmeal
Turkey Meatloaf, mashed potatoes (EFL)
Grilled Chicken, lf cheddar cheese, salsa, 2 corn tortillas
Steak and baked potato (hubby's turn to cook tonight!)
CC, fruit

Workout: Cardio at lunch

I am finally going to get my nightsplint for my PF after work and make an appointment for my orthotics. Hopefully this well get me back to my IMAX workouts!

Oh, I guess this day is better :)

Did a 30 minutes fast walk (uh I love to run, but can't at work). :)

No temptations yet!!!!:)
 
How stupid am I ... I just finished my second workout of the day (a hard interval run on the treadmill), and I go and substitute my lunchtime salad for a Snickers bar.

And I wonder why I'm not losing weight! Sheesh x(

I need to try to post earlier, I went to post late in the day yesterday and couldn't for the life of me remember what the heck I'd put in my mouth through the day.:eek: :)

Br-Coffee black w/sugar and a banana

Snack- rhubarb/pear muffin and a yogurt
Later snack - Yummy apple!!

did the Viper for the first time, had a great workout!!

Lunch- Grainy ciabatta bun with hummus, avacado, roaster red pepper and roasted onion. So good! 1/2 rice crispie square.
Snack - banana

Dinner-Chicken breast with coleslaw and curried cauliflower/potato soup - small bowl of low fat chocolate & strawberry ice cream

20 minutes sun salutations and stretching aaahhhhhhhhh.........

My challenge is keeping my cake hole shut during the evening. I've got paper work to do and eating is my favourite delay tactic!x( I'll have one of my kids hide the peanut butter jar!!!
