4:15am Treadmoves training for speed

B - scrambled eggs with mushrooms sprinkled with shredded cheese

s - hard boiled egg, cheese

l - salad

s - walnuts

D - ?

Good morning everybody! :)

I am doing ok, pretty tired though, that getting up early thing is really getting to me this week. x(

3:15am Step & Intervals

Rye Cracker with cheese
Bran-A-Crisp with cheese
Protein Bar
No Sugar Cereal with a banana
Salad with cucumbers, tomatoes and ham
(maybe a protein shake)
Some nuts
don't know about dinner yet
some fruit for dessert

Hi Rhonda & Kristine! Kristine: I think anybody would feel tired trying to workout at 3:15 AM!!! Isn't there any other time you can workout? Last night I managed to do Legs & Glutes; really felt this one due to the fact I did P90X PlyoX the day before. Oh my! What was I thinking!! Do you ladies get toe cramps at all? I've been experiencing toe cramps every night now for 2 weeks & don't know why. Could it be from not drinking enough water? Anyway tonight I'm RESTING b/c I deserve it!:p Today's eats are:

Meal 1: oatmeal w/peanut butter & coffee
Meal 2: vanilla yogurt w/mandarin oranges & green tea
Meal 3: flank steak/1/2 yam/mixed veggies/peach
Meal 4: chicken/1/2 yam/mixed veggies
Meal 5: stir-fry chicken/rice/veggies/V-8 juice

Today's my high carb day. Yipee!

Mind if I join you guys? The diet is my weak spot. 5 am was Boot Camp, lunchtime is an interval run on the treadmill.

B - coffee (oops)
S - myoplex lite shake
l - spinach salad with chicken
s - myoplex lite shake and apple
d - ?
s - nuts and glass of milk

The dinner could do me in. The kids want tacos. ;(

Hi Kathy!

I don't have a problem to workout this early, I am ready to go. My husbands work schedule change last week and my body is trying to get ajusted to the new times. Go to bed much earlier and get up much earlier. But I just love to work out in the morning, it gets me going for the rest of the day and after work I am normally to tired to work out, so I guess I have to get through this. :)

Good Morning ALL!!:)

Br- black coffee w/sugar and a bowl of whole wheat cereal with skim milk.

Did the Gauntlet today, new to me, I really liked it and feel just the right amount of muscle soreness, I'll get another good stretch in before work at 3:30.

Sn- rhubarb/pear bran muffin and a kiwi

L- I'll make a chickpea and feta salad with tomatoes and red pep after posting. Eats for the rest of the day is purely speculation at this point so I'll check in later.

Kristine, that's amazing that you can get up and going at that time. Good for YOU!!!
Welcome ShopGirl, good luck with the tacos, that's a tough one. I like to mash up kidney beans with the taco seasoning and skip (or skrimp) on the cheese.

Today's eats:
Hard boiled egg, extra lean turkey bacon, oatmeal
Turkey, beans, corn, salsa
Cottage cheese, yogurt, raspberries
Hard boiled egg, extra lean turkey bacon, WW toast
chicken, corn on the cob
Balance Go Mix at agility with the dogs

Exercise: 30 minutes interval training at lunch and then sprints at agility with the dogs tonight.

gee, I thought that getting up at 4.55am was pretty darn good.

My eating hasn't been too bad. I'm trying to drop the "dieting" mindset and focus on what tastes good.

Breakfast: mixed grain cereal and skim milk + Cardio and Weights as an entree :)

I posted a recipe for lentils earlier and it sounded so good as I typed it out that I ended up making it for lunch, t'was yummy!!! Had it with 1/2 piece of flax flat bread and 1/2 a pecan butter tart (I'm very pleased that I only ate 1/2:))

Sn - pear, granola bar and 2 crackers with peanut butter.

Later snack - apple

Supper - Chicken pasta with zucchini and a chocolate rice crispie square.

Drank about 2 litres of water and I'm not eating anymore today (she said hopefully;-) )
