B - scrambled eggs with asparagus and feta cheese

s - hard boiled egg, piece of cheese

l - ? suppose to be going out so hopefully a salad

s - walnuts

d - leftover chicken and green beans

3:30am IMAX 2

B - Bran-A-Crisp with a piece of cheese, 2 hard-boiled eggs
S - Cottage Cheese with apple
L - Salad with cucumbers and tomato, maybe a protein shake
S - Banana with peanut butter (yummy) :9
D - maybe some saugages with vegetable mix
some kinda fruit for dessert

Amazing how much better I feel after a day of eating well!

Half a protein bar and coffee before workout.
B-smoothie
L-big salad, grapes and and apple
S-walnuts too
D-salad, vegeys, Tofu cabbage stirfry
Dessert- fruit smoothie

I am doing Leaner Legs and a 5-6 mile run....:)...Carole

Apple & handful almonds
Quinoa & bean sprouts
Oat cakes x3
Salmon & rice

2 litres water & herbal tea

6:00pm - Ab Ripper X

Good Afternoon Everyone! HAPPY BIRTHDAY Andrea! Enjoy your day! My workout tonight is push/pull 3 set upper premix. Today's eats are:

Meal 1: mini whole wheat bagel w/baked salmon salad & coffee
Meal 2: vanilla yogurt w/granola & tea
Meal 3: tilapia/mixed veggies/strawberries
Meal 4: mixed green salad/flank steak
Meal 5: chicken/mixed veggies

Well I'm back on track again. Had a family situation to deal with and was not home much since Wed. Today's eats:

hard boiled egg/extra lean turkey bacon, oatmeal
turkey, corn, black beans, tomatoes
turkey, corn, black beans, tomatoes
hard boiled egg/extra lean turkey bacon, WW toast
chicken, brown rice, veggies
raspberry protein shake

Going to do cardio at lunch. Haven't worked out since Wed. either and I'm looking forward to it.

I ate well today and feel great after a full day!!

Br- Coffee black w/brown sugar, banana & a muffin

Imax Xtreme ~ Great workout, I got 3 new DVDs yesterday:)

Sn - pear and yogurt

Didn't have a proper lunch but snacked between massages (4 today)

1/2 whole wheat flax flat bread with peach yogurt

Apple crumble granola bar

mid afternoon - tuscan bean salad with barley, raw baby carrots

supper - BBQ boneless/skinless chicken thighs with roasted potato slices and butternut squash. Dessert~low fat banana chocolate marble cake (homemade by me and DD yesterday). Two tall glasses skim milk

drank about 2 litres of water today.:)

I've been VERY good at not noshing late in the day the past few weeks and am liking the way it looks on (off) me!:)
