Well I'm back on track again. Had a family situation to deal with and was not home much since Wed. Today's eats:
hard boiled egg/extra lean turkey bacon, oatmeal
turkey, corn, black beans, tomatoes

chicken, brown rice, veggies
raspberry protein shake
Going to do cardio at lunch. Haven't worked out since Wed. either and I'm looking forward to it.
